In this two days workshop we will be introducing kundalini yoga as taught by yogi Bhajan Singh Ji...
Day 1 - 9th of March 10am to 12pm
Day 2 - 10th of March 10am to 12pm
you may register for only one or both the days, each class is for Rs.500 only
My focus will be on introducing and categorising various asanas and kriyas to help instantly control our thoughts in different stressful situations in our daily lives.. you will be able to practice these yourselves once it is clarified in detail in the course of two classes..
There will be meditation and mantra chanting followed by some refreshments in the end..
