Jyoti is crowned Mrs. India Body Fit '18 and is a founder of "The Mind Body Spirit Studio" the first one to introduce mindfulness in fitness.

She has been an entrepreneur for seven years with her venture www.nexwhat.com which provides worldwide into branding and digital marketing solutions.

Jyoti has practiced ftiness for 10 years and has her own sucess story. Also, she managed to claim licenses in various fitness forms like Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, Yoga and meditation.

Jyoti has organised more than 250 corporate workshops with brands like Samsung, Axis Bank, Bharti Infratel, Idea, Maruti Suzuki etc. to name a few. She has been featured in 30 fitness videos for Airtel web portal.

Jyoti has been also featured in various fitness articles including brand like Femina Magazine.
