Mental health is extremely important for overall well being. Writing therapy plays an important role in bringing back the required balance by removing old and unwanted mental and emotional baggage.

I’m a passionate gardener who loves to collect new plants and know about their qualities and use.

It’s a great stress buster and moreover a tool to connect with the higher self by being creative.
